I am a second-generation realtor based in Victoria, B.C, on beautiful Vancouver Island. Having lived on Vancouver Island for my entire life, including 7 years without a car, I have extensive and in-depth knowledge about all the neighbourhoods in Victoria.

I work closely with my father, Gary Bazuik, who has been a real estate agent for decades. Prior to real estate he was an elementary school teacher in the Cobble Hill/Duncan area of Vancouver Island. As my mentor, my father taught me that being a real estate agent is about being an authentic and trusted advisor. It is not just a sales job. It is about using our experience, knowledge and resources to make our clients happy and their real estate journeys smooth and stress-free. There are no scripts, no sales funnels and no pressure. We know our clients are happy because 90% of our business is repeat clients, or referrals from previous clients.
